This is why the 3 star campsite “Les Truffières” is equipped with a free heated swimming pool and a paddling pool that the whole family can enjoy during your stay.

Our campsite near Montélimar, will be for you and your family, the opportunity to enjoy a heated swimming pool and its paddling pool for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Drôme. With our beautiful heated pool and paddling pool for the little ones, everyone will be able to enjoy unlimited swimming from 10 am to 8 pm.
And if by misfortune, during your stay, the sun of the Drôme Provençale is missing: no panic. Forget about cancelling your swim due to cold weather: our pool is heated in these cases! Obviously, as the campsite managers are eco-responsible, the pool is only heated on the rare occasions when the sun of Provence is not shining. And you’ll find that a swim in a heated pool under an overcast sky is a unique experience. Your children will be the first to want to go there and it will remain for them one of the good memories of your stay.
In our eco-responsible approach, the pool is heated according to the weather conditions outside.
Come and relax with your feet in the pool
This particular space is dedicated to relaxation, relaxation that is priceless after a busy year of work. And a swimming pool break is also welcome when you return from a sporting activity such as the region offers: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, canoeing down a river in the Drôme or the Ardèche…
Also, after visiting the local producers of truffles, Drôme wines, lavender and even Montélimarougats, you will appreciate a little “water break” in our heated pool.

Of course, children are not left out: a round paddling pool is dedicated to them to discover the joys of water games without any danger. Unlike other campsites in the Drôme, the Truffières want to give priority to a family atmosphere ; the surroundings of the pool and its volume have been designed for safe swimming and water games. You will always have the smallest of your children in front of you while they are wading.
Teens (and the whole family of course) are guaranteed to enjoy the pool while having access to the campground’s wifi for a stay in the country, in nature, but connected.
The wading pool is open from mid-June to the end of August for family fun.
Relaxing moment on the poolside loungers
At Camping Les Truffières, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, Célina and Brendon do everything possible to make your stay a success! The campsite is located in the south of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, in the Drôme department, which benefits from a beautiful sunshine all year long.
In our family campsite, calm and good-natured, everything is done for a stay during which tranquility has no price. And what better way to enjoy the sunshine of the Drôme provençale than to sunbathe quietly around a swimming pool to the gentle sound of cicadas?
And then to make a splash when the heat is too strong… or when the desire for a quiet or more sportive swim takes us. To sip a cocktail with your feet in the pool, in a sumptuous natural setting?
Thus, the pool is equipped with a large terrace with a grassy area to put your towels. Deckchairs, armchairs and umbrellas are available for guests, free of charge of course. And the set is large enough for everyone to have their own space. There are even a shaded area for naps without fear of sunburn. Part of the pool deck is set up with tables and umbrellas to enjoy a cocktail, a snack or, why not, a slice of Brendon’s famous pizzas.
Let’s not forget that this campsite is located on a former truffle field and a good hundred trees provide a welcome shade on all the tent and mobile home pitches on the entire estate. A plus for our campsite when the sun of the Drôme is strong!
Please note: the heated swimming pool and the paddling pool of our campground are open from the beginning of May to mid-September. Nevertheless, if the sun of the Drôme Provençale is there, we will keep them open longer.
Access to the pool is included in the price of your pitch for campers (as well as access to the many other activities – ninja course, bouncy castle, etc… and to the mini-club for children) and is forbidden to visitors. Shorts and Bermuda shorts are forbidden, bathing suits are mandatory. The swimming pool is reserved for campers and therefore forbidden to visitors.
