Our favorite with the children: the discovery of the miniature museum of the santons of La Provence in Grignan, will allow you to play with the mythical scenes of the past.
Hiking trails in the Drôme
If you are as sporty as we are, come and explore the marked trails for hikingmountain biking, climbing, paragliding, canoeing in the Drôme or in the Ardèche, horseback riding 100 meters from the campsite, tennis in Grignan, golf 6 km from the campsite camping Les Truffièresor for the more experienced, challenge the famous Mont Ventoux.
Culinary break: the gastronomy of Provence
If you are a gourmet, come and taste the local products thanks to the vineyards and olive groves of the region which will welcome you to discover their knowledge and their passion, without forgetting the lavender distillery and the truffle culture. You will stay in the land of truffle cultivation so you can discover “the black gold of our region”. And for the gourmands, the nougat of Montélimar with the syrup of Eyguebelle will awake your papillae.
Your visits and activities
The must-sees : The crocodile farm, the Aven d’Orgnac or the Pont d’Arc cave, the Pont du Gard, the Alexis Gruss Circus Park or the discovery of the Tricastin power plant or of course the famous Pont d’Avignon and the Palace of the Popes will amaze you. Discovery possible in couple or in family.
A family day: The accrobranche, a descent in canoe or a stroll in horse will allow you to spend a pleasant day in family.
And why not stroll in the unavoidable Provencal Markets, around Grignan. Smell the flavors of the Drôme provençale, buy local products, or buy souvenirs (Grignan, Nyons, Valréas, St Paul 3 Châteaux, Vaison la Romaine…).
